Arundel Contemporary

Arundel Contemporary is proud to present Arrival of Spring, an exhibition of work by two amazing artists, painter Catherine Anholt and ceramicist Katharina Klug.

In this year of turmoil and uncertainty, I went into my studio every day as I have done throughout my life, and considered what I could contribute to this tragic situation. I am by nature an optimist, so rather than wallow in gloom, I deliberately set out to celebrate that which is hopeful about this beautiful life. For me there are constancies which are my touchstones – nature, colour, families and love. These works are stories in paint about being a woman, a mother and a dreamer. They come from my heart. A gift from me to you.
