Andy’s work explores a drifted world, a departure  from places we recognise, allowing fragments of elsewhere to move into the conscious, creating on untethered  cartography of saturated colour through the alchemy of paint.

Working and playing with the harmonics of colour and their nuanced resonances has been a life-long passion, driven by an irrepressible necessity.

With no particular endgame in mind, paintings conclude over a period of days and weeks, where both journey  and story slowly unfold to reveal the best resolution between Waite’s inner and outer landscapes.
